How can we help you?
What makes Tellos unique from other cleaning companies?
Unlike other cleaning companies, which overpromise and overbook, each of our cleaning crews service no more than 1 to 2 houses per day. This allows us to pay extra close attention to those important details that most cleaning companies would miss and that means a much cleaner home without breaking the bank!
What's your cancellation policy?
In the event that you'll need to cancel a scheduled cleaning visit, just make sure to give Tellos 48 hours advance notice so we have plenty of time to assign your personal crew to another home. If we don't receive notice within those 48 hours, we may have to charge up to the full price of your cleaning. We'd love to avoid that at all costs! (no pun intended)
What if something in my home gets broken?
We've got the best and most talented cleaning crews around, but even we make mistakes sometimes! In the event that there's damage incurred to any of your property, just notify us within 48 hours of your cleaning and we'll do everything we can to resolve the problem!
How do you access my home?
As much as we wish we could, it's impossible to clean your home without being inside of it! That being said, there are a variety of ways you can allow us in. If you prefer to be there while we fight the evils of dirt and grime you can arrange for us to arrive within a set 4 hour window. You can also meet us ahead of time to leave your personal cleaning crew the proper keys. In the event that we've unable to access the home for a scheduled visit we may have to charge you up to the full cost of that visit (depending) so make sure you make the proper arrangements with us just in case!
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Tellos Cleaning accepts the following forms of payment: Cash or Personal check. You'll be required to pay at the time of the service and we may require a deposit depending on the type of cleaning we'll be doing.
What is the cost of my cleaning?
The cost of your cleaning depends on a variety of things, but the most important factor is our initial estimate which we do absolutely free! Tellos will send your personal cleaning lady to assess the damage of those dust bunnies living in your home first. After that, you'll pick which services you'd like to have done. There are lots of factors involved since no two houses are maintained the same but after our initial deep-cleaning of your home prices typically normalize. Our cleaning rates drop significantly when we're simply maintaining the same clean we gave you originally but some homes need a little bit of extra love and care to get there first!
Should I tip my cleaning lady?
Our cleaning crews work HARD to give you the cleanest home possible and we're firm believers in positive reinforcement! You are never required to tip but if you are impressed with the quality of service you're receiving we're all for it! You never know just how far a small gesture of kindness may go!
What if my scheduling falls on a Holiday?
One of the reasons you choose us to help maintain your beautiful home is so you can spend time with the people you love in the place you love. Should your cleaning land on a holiday that Tellos observes we'll reschedule it for a convenient time that works for you so that both you are your cleaning ladies can get much needed holiday rest and family time!
How do I give feedback for my cleaning lady?
